Your Grid^™ is pressed after you order, so it reaches you fresh. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control, such as carrier delays.

Every block in your Grid^™ is pressed and packed. We email you when it is on its way.

Tracked economy delivery. Follow it to your door with the link in your email.

Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email info@byslate.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full. You don't need to post anything back unless we ask, and if we do, we pay the postage.

Changed your mind? You can return any unopened Grid^™ within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't take a Grid^™ back once the seal is broken. The full details are in our refund policy.
